Position Overview
As a Hair Stylist at Haute Collective Salon, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, connect with clients, and stay on top of the latest trends. From precision cuts and dimensional color to specialty lash and brow services, you’ll provide top-tier beauty experiences while working alongside a supportive and inspiring team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair services including cuts, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Perform lash lifts and tints, brow laminations, tinting, and waxing services
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend the best solutions
- Stay current with industry techniques, trends, and products
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to sanitation guidelines
- Recommend and sell retail products to support clients’ at-home care routines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits
- Collaborate with other stylists and team members to create a positive salon atmosphere
- Participate in ongoing training and education provided by the salon
- Take part in career development programs designed to prepare you for senior stylist, educator, or leadership roles
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana Cosmetology or Esthetics License (depending on services offered)
- Proven experience as a stylist and/or lash & brow technician
- Strong skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing techniques
- Experience in lash lifts/tints and brow lamination/tinting/waxing preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during peak salon seasons
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment
