The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Remote Booking/Telesales Manager to oversee and elevate our dynamic booking team. This individual will be responsible for leading and optimizing our client reservation process, ensuring that every inquiry is handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency all while driving performance, upholding standards, and delivering a best-in-class first impression of our brand.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a remote team of booking representatives
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to meet KPIs and conversion goals
- Oversee daily bookings, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction
- Create and implement scripts, call structures, and objection-handling strategies
- Ensure the team reflects our brand voice: polished, warm, and high-touch
- Collaborate closely with leadership to identify improvements in process, tech, and training
- Report weekly analytics on booking performance and lead trends
- Support in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of booking staff
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in managing a remote sales-based team
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of high-end service, luxury client experience, and conversion-based sales
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRMs, call systems, and managing remote workflow tools
- Highly organized with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- A deep sense of ownership and pride in delivering excellent client service
- Prior experience in photography, creative services, or luxury brands a major plus
