This role sits at the intersection of portfolio-level product strategy, global GTM planning, promotional planning, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong beauty industry experience, a deep understanding of consumer insights, and a track record of delivering successful product launches in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Product Strategy & Positioning
- Partner with Artistry, Education, Consumer Insights, and R&D to incorporate expert and consumer feedback into product marketing.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and category whitespace.
- Lead strategy for sampling programs, curated sets, merchandising, and limited-edition initiatives across markets.
- Go To Market Planning & Execution
- Support global GTM planning and launch execution in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Manage launch timelines, communication calendars, and campaign alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Support cross-functional meetings - providing key updates and seeking out critical cross-functional input to help move projects forward
- Performance & Business Metrics
- Partner with Sales and Operations on pricing strategy and forecasting analysis.
- Monitor assortment productivity and recommend portfolio optimization opportunities.
- Track category KPIs and develop data-driven action plans to improve performance.
- Prepare monthly metrics documents to be presented to Leadership teams
- Market & Consumer Insights
- Monitor the competitive landscape and evolving beauty trends to inform strategy.
- Leverage consumer insights, sales data, and social listening to identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
- Utilize third-party data platforms to analyze market performance and category dynamics
- Create and field consumer surveys to uncover behaviors, preferences, and unmet needs
- 4 years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or project management in beauty.
- Strong interest in beauty with an understanding of evolving consumer needs, trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-regional teams.
- Positive, can-do attitude and collaborative leadership style
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Cross-functional teams are aligned, supported, and informed throughout GTM and promotional processes.
