We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our shipping and receiving operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a team that keeps things moving efficiently, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. Responsibilities include:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify product accuracy against packing slips
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and branch transfers for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Label, stage, and organize outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper handling and system updates
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Complete shipping/receiving paperwork with attention to detail
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements

- You are 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple navigation)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to follow procedures and safety guidelines
- Valid NYS driver’s license (must be maintained throughout employment)

- Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50lbs
- Ability to operate production equipment, hand tools, and machinery safely
- Ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to safely navigate the production areas, including stairs, platforms, and workstations
- Perform work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive production environment including exposure to industrial conditions including heat, cold, noise, and varying temperatures
- Required PPE and adherence to strict safety procedures
