The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure high levels of productivity, accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position coordinates inventory activities, processes orders within the ERP system, manages inbound and outbound logistics, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records within the ERP system
- Receive and process customer orders and manufacturing orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Track, report, and resolve daily stock discrepancies in coordination with the Warehouse Supervisor
- Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes and support corrective action plans to prevent recurring issues
- Maintain accurate documentation for inventory movements, shipments, and receipts
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling pickups and deliveries with transportation providers
- Ensure compliance with shipping, receiving, hazardous materials, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse safety, productivity, efficiency, and cost control
- Support corporate compliance and audit processes as required
Education & Experience
- Associate degree with a minimum of three (3) years of warehouse experience using ERP/WMS systems
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, WMS, and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Leadership mindset with a continuous improvement focus
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to move throughout warehouse and office environments
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts
- Exposure to noise, dust, moving equipment, hazardous materials, and varying temperatures
- Ability to climb, push/pull, and perform repetitive hand and finger motions
