Haulmark Services is a family run business with over 25 years of experience providing a variety of trucking, brokerage, and supply chain solutions to a diverse range of industries. We currently transport a wide array of commodities; including refrigerated, temperature protected, manufactured goods, chemicals,specialty, and heavy-haul transport throughout the continental U.S. The ideal candidate loves dogs and has relevant experience within the supply chain and logistics industry.

Job Type: Full- Time

Schedule: Monday- friday (7:30- 4:30 )

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment
• Proficiency in Windows based programs
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must have a sense of urgency

Responsibilities:

• Track loads in transit
• Make pickup and delivery appointments.
• Send emails, reports and spreadsheets to customers.
• Enter new carriers into system.
• Obtain and update insurance certificates.
• Scan documents into system
• Close out loads.
