• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback or sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Skills

• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
• Strong phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions with customers.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial.
• Sales experience is advantageous for upselling products or services when appropriate.
• Familiarity with outbound calling techniques to engage potential clients effectively.
• Excellent client service skills to foster positive relationships with customers.
• Competent in data entry and using computerized systems for record keeping.
