We are seeking a compassionate Senior HR Generalist who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. In this meaningful role, you will not only manage Recruitment activities but also provide support in benefits administration, assist with leaves of absence, and lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement. Your involvement will be key in a variety of HR initiatives, as you partner with management to ensure fair policy enforcement and best practices. Target Salary : From $70,000 / year (based on experience)

- Answering employee Benefit inquiries on a timely basis
- Conducting quality Benefits orientation presentations
- Billing reconciliation
- Ensuring ACA compliance
- Benefits analytics / reporting
- Create job aids
- FMLA / LOA benefits repayment enforcement

Qualifications
Candidate Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree- Human Resources and / or Labor Relations- Required
Minimum 5 years plus in a HR Generalist or HR Business partner role
Bilingual (English / Spanish) Read, Write and Speak
Experience working in a Human Resources Information System and Application Tracking System
Proficiency with Office 365 programs, Outlook
Intermediate experience with Excel (V-Look Up, etc)
Paycom, ADP or similar experience
HRIS reporting analytics
Data entry experience (HRIS employee data changes)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
