Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and document their needs accurately.
- Write detailed service reports and estimates ensuring clarity for both technicians and customers.
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services like transmissions, suspension work, or diesel engine repairs
- Manage vehicle repair orders from start to finish, including parts ordering, scheduling, and follow-up with customers on progress.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely while maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures to answer customer questions confidently.
