Cemetery Maintenace Area Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to be based out of Tuscaloosa, AL. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the cemetery maintenance services we provide at multiple locations throughout the Tuscaloosa area. As a cemetery maintenance contractor, our primary services include lawn maintenance, burials and marker/memorial installations. The strength in our service comes with the ability to manage our manpower and resources effectively.

Primary Duties will include;

• Management of all site personnel engaged in cemetery operations.

• Management of any in-house and contracted lawn crews.

• Management of all equipment for safety and preventative maintenance.

• Recruitment, training, scheduling, employee retention and policy compliance.

• Submission of required reports and distribution of company documents.

• Compliance with the operating procedures and safety rules.

• Communication and cooperation with customer representatives.

This is a hands-on working positions that will play an important role in the overall success of our operations. We are seeking a dependable team leader capable of consistently providing positive results in a safe and supportive work environment.

The job will operate on a flexible work shift that will require extended hours and/or weekends as necessary. The salary is expected to start in the $48k-$55k range and will be contingent upon qualifications and work experience. • Experience supervising work crews*

• Ability to perform all job functions of subordinate employees

• Ability to communicate effectively

• You will be required to pass a drug screen and background check

• You will need to have a good driving record
