Position Summary: The Corporate Payroll Specialist (Entry level) is responsible for hiring and terminating employees, keeping employee’s files up to date and for processing payrolls for multiple states. They will learn to reconcile and submit weekly and monthly union reporting as required. They may also learn to prepare and pay withholding taxes. Other functions of the Corporate Payroll Specialist could include processing unemployment claims, wage garnishments, addressing customer questions, assisting branches with payroll needs, CCIP/OCIP filings, and other duties as assigned.

- Creating new hire profiles
- Processing terminations
- Assisting with tax preparation
- Assist with union reporting
- Process W-4s and I-9s (including e-verify)
