Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options with flair and professionalism
- Engage with members and guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage POS systems such as ForeUp for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Develop new beverage recipes, including signature cocktails, to keep the menu fresh and exciting
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs for ordering to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments efficiently, and balance registers at shift end
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings
- Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, wine varieties, craft beers, and brewing processes
- Familiarity with Club Membership POS systems such as ForeUp for order entry and sales tracking
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours seamlessly
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for all guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and accurate billing
- Must have weekend availability
- Must be over 21 years old.
