Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) Day Shift

Are you passionate about helping others live more independent, meaningful lives? Join our team as a Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP), working two 12‑hour shifts per weekend with bonus pay for your commitment.

As a DSP, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities, community involvement, and personal growth. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference, we’d love to connect with you.

Opening

• Direct Support Professional (DSP)
• Duties: Help with everyday living skills such as cleaning, cooking, bathing, getting dressed, eating, and attending activities and medical appointments.
• Schedule Options:
• Weekend Warrior, every Saturday & Sunday, 6am-6pm (two 12-hour days)
• Location Options:
• Green / Uniontown Group Home
• Solon Group Home
• Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Ohio Driver's License with 5 or fewer points
• Must have sufficient physical strength to lift and assist individuals
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Previous direct care experience preferred
