- Lead group activities such as games, crafts, exercise classes, and outings.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during recreational activities.
- Maintain documentation of resident participation and progress.

- Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of memory care and dementia care techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and coordinate events.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with elderly individuals.
- Ability to assist with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
