What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ski Lift Operator position at Hatley Pointe?
Duties:
Confidently tell the story of Hatley Pointe, and create an environment in which our guests feel welcome, valued, and eager to return.
Assist with the operation of ski lifts.
Assist with the management of guests while queueing for the Ski Lift.
Anticipate guest's needs and assist with any challenges that they may have.
Experience:
- Previous experience operating a Ski Lift
- Exceptional customer service
Please note that this position may require working various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Must be comfortable working outdorrs in various weather conditions, including extreme cold, and inclement weather.
