Role Description
This is a Spring 2026 Scientist Intern position requiring approximately 50% on-site presence at our Fall River, MA facility. The intern will support research and development efforts, collaborating closely with Chemical, Mechanical, and Robotics Engineers, as well as Materials Scientists, on advanced manufacturing, materials development, and automated systems.
This position offers an hourly rate of $16, with an expected start date of February 1, 2026.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Physics, Chemistry or Materials Science
- Proficiency in documentation, report writing, and technical communication
- Capable of collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and contributing to innovative projects
- Familiarity with SEM/TEM is a plus
- Hands on experience with FDM (3D printing) systems is a plus
- Ability to work on site and commute reliably to Fall River, MA
