Tool and Die MakerA high-speed manufacturing facility is currently seeking experienced Tool and Die Makers to support operations through the maintenance, repair, and optimization of tooling and die components.What We Offer:Highly competitive pay, with opportunities to test into higher pay levelsComprehensive benefits packageShift differential pay for second and third shiftsKey Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain stamping dies, tooling, and related componentsPerform precision work including grinding, fitting, and assembly of dies and toolsSet up and operate manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) and other equipment as neededPerform die changes, adjustments, and preventative maintenance to ensure production efficiencyRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematicsMaintain accurate documentation and records of work performedEnsure safe operation of equipment and adherence to all safety protocolsCollaborate with maintenance and production teams to support equipment uptime and quality outputParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesKeep work areas organized and compliant with 5S standardsQualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in tool and die making or precision machining in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of stamping die maintenance, repair, and troubleshootingAbility to work with tight tolerances and precision measuring toolsFamiliarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsWelding experience (MIG, TIG, ARC) is a plusAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematicsProficiency in using hand tools, grinders, and other machine shop equipmentComfortable working various shifts and available for overtime when neededExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentForklift operation experience preferredEducation & Skills:Associate degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience (3 years)CNC or manual machining experience is highly valuedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCommitment to safety and quality standardsIf you’re a detail-oriented Tool and Die Maker looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
