The foreman also provides technical support, oversees inventory, and manages training for team members, with additional focus on medical device and small motor repair.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of 8 technicians
- Coordinate repair schedules and workflow for commercial appliance maintenance
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status and issues
- Train and mentor technicians in repair techniques and safety protocols
- Oversee inventory management for parts and tools
- Provide technical support and problem diagnosis for complex repairs
- Disassemble and reassemble devices with precision and care
- Enforce safety compliance throughout the repair process
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in appliance repair
- Technical certification in appliance repair or related field
- Expertise in appliance repair, electrical systems, and troubleshooting
