Job Description: The Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Assistants primary role is to support the SEL efforts primarily within Hatfield Elementary School (Kindergarten to 6th grade) but will also support Smith Academy (grades 7-12) as needed. The SEL Assistant will be assigned tasks that focus on supporting students emotional and behavioral needs as well as school/district SEL goals and missions. The SEL Assistant should expect to receive coaching, consultation and being part of an overall SEL school/district program.
