They work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and ensure the delivery of services such as SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and website development. This role is essential for client retention, satisfaction, and helping drive business growth through strategic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong, professional relationships.
- Gain a deep understanding of each client's brand, marketing goals, and business objectives to provide tailored recommendations.
- Communicate regularly with clients to schedule meetings and provide updates, reports, and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
- Ensure clients are kept informed about progress and results with clear, actionable insights.
Campaign Support and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the internal marketing teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Account Management and Coordination:
- Work closely with creative and analytics teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of campaigns.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to discuss campaign performance, upcoming initiatives, and adjustments to strategies.
Problem Resolution:
- Address client issues or concerns promptly, offering proactive solutions.
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve any technical or service-related issues impacting campaign success.
Administrative and Project Support:
- Manage client documentation, contracts, timelines, and billing as needed.
- Ensure all client deliverables are on schedule and within budget.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts for new clients or project expansions.
Website Project Management:
- Manage the website development process and tasks
- Ensure all project deliverables are on schedule, in scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate content meetings and project check-in meetings
- Facilitate launch and website training
(Ideal) E-Commerce Project Management
- BigCommerce certification a plus
- Facilitate the build of an e-commerce website manage process and tasks
- Ensure all project deliverables are on schedule, in scope, and within budget.
- Work with backend and frontend teams to create the store
- Facilitate launch
