Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site 5 days a week, role for a Marketing Director based in New York, NY. We are a growing firm, where a Marketing Director will report to the Partners and develop and execute marketing strategies, support business development initiatives and manage marketing projects to promote the company’s engineering services. The role includes strategic planning responding to RFPs and improving brand visibility. The Marketing Director will oversee and manage the work of a Coordinator. As we grow, this role will grow too.
Qualifications
- 5 Years Minimum Experience at an Architect's or Engineering firm
- New York City experience
- Proven ability to successfully respond to RFPs under deadlines
- Project Management abilities to plan, organize, and execute strategic marketing initiatives
- Proven ability to create firm profiles, project sheets and brochures InDesign
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing to craft compelling content
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Software skills required: InDesign, Powerpoint, and knowledge of Bluebeam is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
