Outside Maintenance Technician
Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour
We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Outside Maintenance Technician to help maintain our yard, fleet, and shop. This position works primarily outdoors and plays an important role in keeping our equipment clean, our property maintained, and supporting our maintenance team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance of the yard by mowing, picking up debris, and emptying trash.
- Wash tractors and trailers using pressure washers and cleaning equipment.
- Assist drivers with tarping flatbed loads using required fall protection.
- Support mechanics with preventative maintenance, tire mounting/dismounting, shop cleanup, and other assigned tasks.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Trucking or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
