Overview
- We are seeking a Senior SCOM Monitoring Engineers / Architects to join an enterprise monitoring transformation program. These individuals will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting large-scale Microsoft SCOM environments across hybrid infrastructures. The ideal candidates will have deep hands-on experience with SCOM, monitoring automation, enterprise dashboards, incident reduction strategies, and integrations with platforms such as Splunk, ServiceNow, RMAD, Active Directory, and Change Auditor.
- These roles will join the same team as a recently hired SCOM Architect and will help scale monitoring capabilities for mission-critical systems across Fortune 500-level environments.
- 7 years hands-on experience with Microsoft SCOM in large enterprise environments.
- Deep experience designing and implementing end-to-end monitoring architectures.
- Expertise with SCOM management packs, overrides, alert tuning, and custom monitoring.
- Strong scripting skills: PowerShell (required), Python or Bash (preferred).
- Experience integrating SCOM with ServiceNow, Splunk, Change Auditor, and Active Directory.
- Strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
- Experience with monitoring-related security, compliance, and audit frameworks.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative architecture team.
Salary : $65 - $70
