Title: Epic Ambulatory & Kaleidoscope Consultant (Ophthalmology)

Backfill support for a Clinical Lead going out on paternity leave. This role will support a growing Medical Network and lead the Kaleidoscope implementation for Ophthalmology while assisting with additional Ambulatory initiatives.
Required Skills
Active Epic Ambulatory certification
Active Epic Kaleidoscope certification
Hands on experience leading Kaleidoscope implementations, preferably for Ophthalmology
Desired Skills
Experience with clinical device integrations (Ultrasound, EKGs, Forum Zeiss)
Strong project management, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Experience mentoring or supporting newly certified Epic analysts
Day To Day Responsibilities
Lead and serve as primary builder for the Kaleidoscope Ophthalmology implementation
Support Ambulatory initiatives, including GoldStars/Staying Current strategy, tracking, and reporting
Assist with Clinical Device Integration efforts and mentor a newly certified analyst
Coordinate across IT and Clinical Operations teams to drive project outcomes
Provide regular status updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Remote, but will need to be ok with traveling 25% (Maybe once a month)

- Must work PST time zone
