Based at 4023 State St, our agents serve buyers and sellers throughout the local market while representing clients with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals in the Bismarck market.
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, including property searches, showings, offers, negotiations, inspections, and closings.
• Conduct market research and prepare comparative market analyses to help clients make informed pricing and investment decisions.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for property listings, including online advertising, social media, open houses, and networking activities.
• Coordinate appointments, property showings, client communications, and transaction timelines with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Prepare, review, and manage real estate documents, contracts, disclosures, and other transaction-related paperwork in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Stay current on local market trends, industry practices, and real estate laws while representing Hatch Brokered by Real with integrity and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible-to-obtain North Dakota real estate license
• Strong knowledge of the Bismarck real estate market and surrounding communities preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional client service
• Ability to develop and maintain a strong network of buyers, sellers, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals
• Comfortable using real estate technology, customer relationship management systems, social media, and online marketing tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete contracts and transaction documentation
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally for showings, inspections, and appointments
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team at Hatch Brokered by Real
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs
• Previous sales, customer service, marketing, or real estate experience preferred but not required
