This is not a “sit back and observe” internship. You’ll be directly involved in real operations that keep our production and supply chain moving.
What You’ll Do
As a Supply Chain & Logistics Intern, you’ll support the coordination between Planning, Procurement, and Production to ensure materials and information flow efficiently across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and support material flow across planning and production by validating job readiness, identifying shortages, and driving resolution
- Partner with procurement and suppliers to manage order status, expedite critical materials, and resolve delivery or pricing discrepancies
- Leverage ERP systems (Syteline) to maintain accurate data, process transactions, and improve visibility across supply chain operations
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve part, documentation, and workflow issues in real time
- Own reporting and reconciliation efforts, including open order tracking and system updates to support procurement decisions
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and communication across planning, purchasing, and production

What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Interest in manufacturing, logistics, or procurement processes
- Comfortable working with systems/data (ERP experience is a plus, not required)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
