We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Assisted Living Memory Care team. Our community specializes in caring for residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

What You’ll Do
As a CNA in our Memory Care unit, you will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care
- Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Provide incontinence care with dignity and respect
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to nursing staff
- Respond calmly to behaviors related to dementia using redirection and reassurance
- Encourage participation in activities and social engagement
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Follow safety protocols including fall prevention and infection control
- Help create a warm, structured, and secure environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and patient in challenging situations
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and assist residents (up to 50 lbs with assistance)
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repositioning residents
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
