Responsibilities
Hang, tape, and finish drywall (Level 4 and Level 5 finishes)
Skim coat walls and ceilings
Interior painting and surface preparation
Install trim, baseboards, crown molding, and doors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of construction experience
Must have reliable transportation
Own basic hand tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
