Hasslen Construction is seeking a dependable and hardworking Commercial Carpenter or Laborer to join our team working on industrial and plant construction projects. This position involves working in active manufacturing, processing, and industrial facilities. Candidates should be safety-focused, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to producing high-quality work.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial, industrial, or plant construction preferred.
- Knowledge of carpentry practices, construction methods, and jobsite safety.
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic construction drawings.
- Experience with concrete forms, metal stud framing, drywall, and finish carpentry is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, kneel, and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including hard hats, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and fall protection equipment.
