Hassle Free Home is a home services membership. We provide our members handyman maintenance visits and an account manager for home projects outside the scope of our handyman. As a Customer Account Manager, you'll be the coordinator of these projects. Keeping an organized project pipeline, informing clients with updates along the way, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What You'll Do- Coordinate home projects between clients and contractors
- Communicate effectively through phone, text, and email
- Follow up, schedule, and solve small issues before they become big ones
- Review and polish estimates before sending to clients
- Own the overall client experience from start to finish
- Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
- Fast responsivenessyou don't leave people waiting
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects at once
- Comfortable with technology (managing multiple systems, texting, email, and basic software tools)
- $7075K base salary monthly commissions
- No nights or weekends
