Haskins Automotive has been servicing the automotive needs of Greater Boston since 1929. We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our industry-leading team. This is an opportunity to take the next step in your career with a reputable, 95-year-old family-owned shop.

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to join our service department. The ideal candidate is a strong diagnostician who takes pride in quality workmanship and is looking for a long-term home with a well-established, growing shop.

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, and brakes
• Perform routine maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues
• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair recommendations and time estimates
• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Perform Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibrations as needed - training provided
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide consistent, high-quality work that supports our reputation for excellence

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Service Technician - this is a firm requirement
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across a range of vehicle makes and models
• Positive attitude with the desire to continue developing your career
• Own basic hand tools required for the position
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced shop environment

• MA State Inspector's License
• ASE Certifications
• Experience and/or interest in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibrations - training provided
• Experience with OEM diagnostic platforms and manufacturer repair procedures
• Familiarity with CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar service/estimating platforms

• Base hourly wage with productivity incentive
• Up to $7,500 hiring bonus for qualified candidates
