Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer's, Form Setters, Concrete Foreman and Concrete Finishers to join our construction team. This role involves working on various concrete-related projects, including formwork, finishing, and installation, across commercial and residential sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, experience in construction environments, and familiarity with a range of tools and techniques used in concrete work. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in construction tasks and contribute to high-quality building projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete pouring, and finishing to ensure smooth and durable surfaces
- Set up and dismantle concrete forms
- Install rebar and reinforcement for concrete structures
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely for cutting, shaping, and installing materials
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as rebar, and formwork components
- Use concrete pumps and other heavy equipment to facilitate efficient placement of concrete
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction site work or related fields is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, rebar installation, and related processes
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and safety protocols
- Mechanical knowledge beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety compliance
