We are looking for a Veterinary Assistant or Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with doctors in patient rooms by preparing medical records and assisting with treatment procedures. Additionally, the Technician Assistant will provide support at the reception desk as needed, ensuring smooth office operations and excellent patient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians with exams, procedures, and surgeries
- Perform laboratory tests and analyze results
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their owners
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Clean and sanitize exam rooms, surgical suites, and equipment
- Communication with pet owners as needed
- Answer telephone calls
