Role Description The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a full-time, on-site role located in Ada, OK. The LPN provides direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments and procedures. Daily responsibilities include documenting patient information accurately, supporting care plans, and communicating changes in patient status to the healthcare team. Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Oklahoma.

- Ability to document care accurately in electronic or paper medical records and follow established clinical protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
