Creative Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join the internal Creative Studio team at client site. In this role, you will bring the Client brand to life across a wide variety of marketing assets. You will work within the established brand design system—leveraging guidelines, style guides, and templates—to deliver high-quality, consistent creative across digital campaigns, collateral, email marketing, events, swag, and more.

This role requires strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and familiarity with project management tools such as Asana. You will collaborate closely with creative leads, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, on-time, error-free design.

Job Responsibilities

• Work independently through fast-paced creative workflows to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
• Interpret creative briefs and project tickets to propose design solutions that align with brand guidelines.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and creative lead feedback.
• Present work clearly and effectively, tailoring communication to diverse audiences across the organization.
• Stay up to date with creative best practices, trends, and tools.
• Identify and communicate potential project bottlenecks to Project Managers.
• Maintain strong working relationships with team members and partners, fostering collaboration and trust.
• Continuously elevate your personal creative standards and contribute to a culture of creative excellence.

Must Have Skills

• Expertise in Figma
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience using Asana or similar project management tools

Nice to Have

• Motion design experience using After Effects or similar tools
• Familiarity with AI creative tools
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional design environments
