Job Title: Labeling Specialist
Location: Irvine, CA 92618
Shift: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Job Summary
Seeking a Labeling Specialist, responsible for designing, developing, reviewing, and maintaining product labeling to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and company standards.
Required skills:
- Perform impact assessments for labeling updates and ensure timely implementation.
- Resolve labeling related issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain labeling documentation in accordance with quality management systems
- Knowledge of labeling requirements and labeling processes.
- packaging labels, and artwork
- labeling within the medical device or regulated industry.
- Support new product development and product lifecycle activities related to labeling.
- Ensure accuracy of symbols, barcodes, and translations on product labels.
- Understanding of artwork and packaging processes.
- Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
- Familiarity with document control and PLM systems.
- Knowledge of labeling software.
- Experience with UDI (Unique Device Identification) and labeling systems/tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
