We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce Administration and Release Management group within the Operations division. This role focuses on Salesforce Operations, with an emphasis on managing and reducing technical debt, optimizing codebase performance, implementing hotfixes and bug fixes, and supporting Salesforce feature releases. You will play a key role in improving release management processes and ensuring the stability and scalability of our Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and remediate technical debt across Salesforce orgs to improve system performance and maintainability.
• Develop and deploy optimized Apex code, Lightning components, and automation solutions aligned with best practices. Need someone with advanced level APEX and LWC skills.
• Implement and manage hotfixes and bug fixes identified from production environments with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with QA and Release Management teams to support Salesforce feature releases, ensuring readiness and quality.
• Log, track, and resolve bugs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of release management processes, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with Product Owners to refine and deliver user stories.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and cross-functional teams.
• Design, document, and execute software workflows, even for complex projects.
• Collect and incorporate user feedback into application updates and improvements.
• Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating technical expertise and independent judgment.
