A Day In The Brunch Life
As a Bartender with Hash Kitchen, you will support your fellow Squad members by preparing drinks from our fun and creative beverage menu. You will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our service staff to deliver to our guests. You will clean, stock, and keep the bar well organized for superb functionality.
- Open and close the bar following the Hash Kitchen standard operating procedure
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with Hash Kitchen drink recipes
- Arrange and maintain liquor program functionally to execute drink preparation
- Organize, clean, stock, and prep bloody Mary cart
- Clean and sanitize the bar areas, equipment, and surrounding work areas.
- Oversee bar maintenance and report any equipment issues to the restaurant management
- Assist in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
