Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Fort Worth, TX, for an Office Manager and Receptionist. The role involves managing administrative tasks, overseeing day-to-day office operations, greeting and assisting visitors, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the office runs efficiently. Responsibilities also include managing office supplies, supporting office staff, handling incoming communications, and maintaining an organized workspace to promote productivity.

Specific Responsibilities
- Responsible for facilities management including working regularly with vendors to ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained office space.
- Assures general office cleanliness, including the regular inspection and validation of externally provided services (restroom cleaning, breakroom, etc.).
- Manages all matters related to the essential operations and functions of the office, including related maintenance calls and service requests.
- Conducts inventories on office supplies and coordinates order management and purchasing.
- Primary liaison on all issues of support and administrative functions for partners at the office, including overflow support for alternate office locations as needed.
- Plans and executes company events including business events and employee gatherings.
- Assists with planning and orchestrating office-wide events, activities, and initiatives, as assigned.
- Administers programs in assigned area(s) and ensures changes and updates are communicated to appropriate internal and external partners.
- Manages incoming calls, the office phones, location calendar, and assures cleanliness and sanitization of shared and client-facing spaces.
- Delivers an exceptional level of service while acting as a primary point of contact for all office employees and visitors; assisting with routine inquiries related to the building, office services processes, guest registration, and other onsite activities.
- Works closely with leadership teams and supports scheduling, travel, and monthly expense reporting.
- Provide executive administrative support from time to time.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and visitors.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and maintaining records.
- Experience with Office Equipment operation and management to ensure a functional and efficient workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using common office software, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or higher degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Prior experience in an office management or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Education
- Bachelors’ degree in business administration or related field is desired but not required
- In lieu of the above requirement, relevant experience will be considered
Experience
- 5 years general office administration or related specialist experience (Preferred)
