Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Litigation Associate to join our New York team. The Senior Litigation Associate will handle all aspects of litigation, including preparing and filing legal motions, conducting legal research, drafting documents, managing discovery and depositions(EBTs), and representing clients in court. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional committed to providing exceptional legal services. While this role is remote, the successful applicant will be required to appear in-person in court and for necessary discovery appearances.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and legal procedures
- Experience with drafting and filing legal Motions and related documents
- Strong Research skills for case law and legal precedent analysis
- Proficiency in managing Depositions and discovery processes
- Familiarity with courtroom procedures and experience presenting cases in Courts
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing in New York
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with complex litigation is a plus
