Barback
Te Deseo is currently seeking top talent to join our growing team. We spent months traveling to Latin America, perfecting our wood-fire cooking techniques, creating our own signature blend of reposado tequila, and even learning how to salsa dance. Te Deseo manifested as our love letter to the liveliness, mystery, and community that blooms throughout the region. Te Deseo is our largest concept to date at 14,000 square feet with two levels, four bars, and seven unique dining rooms.
The Barback is responsible for a smooth and friendly operation of the bar. This is accomplished by adhering to the policies of bar operations using standards and procedures set forth by Te Deseo. This role assists bartenders with monitoring and coordinating day to day operations of his/her section during each shift and ensures all FOH SOP’s (including HACCP) are followed and executed.
