This is a great entry-level opportunity for those interested in psychology, education, social work, or behavioral health. No prior certification is required—we’ll train you to make a difference.
What You’ll Do:
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support their learning and development.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in a clinic, home, or school-based setting
- Follow treatment plans developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Track and report data using user-friendly software (Central Reach)
- Build meaningful relationships with learners and their families
- Collaborate with a supportive team that cares about your growth and success
- Help create a clean, safe, and engaging therapy environment
What You Bring:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus, but not required)
- Background Check with fingerprinting
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable working with children of all abilities
- Ability to be physically active (playing, bending, kneeling, lifting, etc.)
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet learners’ needs
- Interest in learning and growing in the field of ABA therapy

- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Primary location: Harwood Center Clinic (Memphis, TN)
- May include occasional off-site sessions (e.g., schools or homes)
