Harwood Center is seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about working with children, eager to grow professionally, and want to be part of a mission-driven organization, we’d love to meet you.
As an RBT at Harwood Center, you’ll provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy to children with developmental disabilities in clinic, school, and home-based settings—empowering each learner to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
- Support learners in achieving developmental milestones
- Collect real-time data and document session notes using Central Reach software
- Collaborate closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and clinical staff
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for learners
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Uphold Harwood’s values of compassionate care, competent care, and collaborative care
- Handle client information confidentially and comply with applicable privacy requirements; use Central Reach as trained.
What You Bring:
- Must be 18 with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Current RBT certification (or obtain within employer-defined timeline after hire)
- Experience or interest in working with children and ABA therapy
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a physically active environment (e.g., standing, walking, lifting)
- Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and client needs
- Ability to work in a physically active role

Location:
Primary: Harwood Center Clinic (Memphis, TN)
Plus: Opportunities for home and school-based sessions
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Flexible part-time schedules available
