Location: [Holland, MI] | Full-Time | Hybrid
Competitive Hourly Pay | 40 hrs/week

We’re seeking a reliable Data & Account Specialist to support our growing customer base. In this role, you’ll handle order entry, invoicing, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts within the sauna, spa, and wellness industry. This is a key administrative role requiring accuracy, communication, and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter sales orders, return orders, and related transactions into Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a high degree of accuracy
• Process orders across all customer channels
• • B2B (Distributors/Retailers)
  • Big Box/Retail
  • Direct-to-Consumer
• Validate pricing, SKUs, customer information, freight terms, taxes, and order requirements
• Ensure all required fields, references, and documentation are completed per SOP
• Invoicing all shipped orders as per SOP
• Monitoring payment, payment terms, credit limits, and processing payments for accounts to ensure orders are not shipped without payment
• Work in B2B portals to complete daily tasks such as but not limited to;
• • Maintaining inventory
  • Order processing
  • Order changes
  • Uploading inventory
• Work closely alongside the Sales team to implement the onboarding of new B2B accounts and portals

What You Bring:

• Experience with order entry, data entry, or transactional operations
• Experience supporting order-to-cash or return workflows preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Calm under pressure and responsive to changing priorities
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Dependable, organized, and customer-focused
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 9am-5pm
