Role Overview
We are hiring a legal expert and strategic operator to scale our strategic partnership initiatives. This role will act as a legal subject matter expert across our most strategic programs, including Harvey for Law Schools, product partners, data partners, and go-to-market partners.

$145,000 - $200,000 USD OTE with a 70/30 Split

Role Overview
We are hiring a legal expert and strategic operator to scale our strategic partnership initiatives. This role will act as a legal subject matter expert across our most strategic programs, including Harvey for Law Schools, product partners, data partners, and go-to-market partners.
What You'll Do
- Ensure partners are enabled on the latest Harvey product roadmap and functionality, utilizing legal subject matter expertise to find creative solutions to partner problems.
- Help define the strategic partnerships roadmap, with input from our customer base, partners, and your legal experience.
- Stand up and/or deepen new partnerships initiatives, such as our law school student ambassador program and supporting faculty embeds in their courses, in close collaboration with the partnerships team.
- Coordinate across Harvey teams including Sales, Solution Engineering, Enablement, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure partner needs are met and internal alignment is maintained.
- Identify and solve gaps in partnership strategy and execution, with input from our customer base, partners, and your legal experience.
- JD or equivalent experience in a legal education setting.
- Ideally 2 professional experience in an operating role.
- Proven ability to develop strong executive relationships within complex organizations.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to track multiple work streams and hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—can influence without authority and drive urgency with empathy.
- Ability to craft and develop novel legal solutions for partner programs.
