Job Overview
The Chairperson plays a crucial leadership role within the organization, responsible for overseeing meetings, coordinating projects, and ensuring effective communication among members. We have 15 years of the in business operations.This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to is doing private interview for this and manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Chairperson will serve as the primary point of contact for administrative support, event planning, and project coordination, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate meetings, ensuring all agenda items are addressed and time is managed effectively.
  • Coordinate events from planning through execution, including logistics, scheduling, and communication with participants.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for the organization, including appointments and meeting arrangements.
  • Provide executive administrative support, including typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and transcription of meeting minutes.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks as needed to track financial transactions and budgets.
  • Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Oversee office management tasks to ensure a smooth operational flow within the organization.
  • Assist in project coordination by tracking progress and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective calendar management and filing systems.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette for managing communications.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures.
  • Administrative experience with a focus on clerical duties such as data entry and office experience.
  • Ability to provide personal assistant support as needed to enhance productivity within the team.
  • Experience in event planning and project coordination to ensure successful execution of initiatives. The Chairperson role is vital in fostering collaboration within the organization while maintaining high standards of administrative excellence. Candidates should possess a blend of technical skills alongside strong interpersonal abilities to thrive in this position.
