Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Responsible for training Catalogue maintenance and organization. Duties include training interns and ERDs every year, creating, organizing, and deploying training in current location (Enable Now), building out new training in Workday, and creating a more comprehensive set of engineering training material specifically for new and onboarded engineers.

Why this Role?
- This role offers the candidate an opportunity to learn about the nuances of different business units across Client. The ePLM Division supports the engineering processes and tools used across Client by engineers to create, change, and manage engineering designs. This role is responsible for the majority of training material organization, generating helpful and effective new training courses and documents, training ERDs and Interns on a yearly basis as well as serving as backup to other within our group with respect to customer requirements and use cases. This role exposes the candidate to a holistic view of the needs of Client's engineering needs.
Typical task breakdown:
- New training identified. Training format decided. (virtual, in person, one pager, course, quick start, reference doc,etc)
- Provide requirements to training resource team
- Manage the creation of training material,
- Review, publish, advertise newly created training.
Interaction with team:
- Work with all of the 7 Product Managers within the ePLM division, Data Exchange and Reporting, Change and Document Management, CAD, Bill of Materials, Tc Security, Tc Foundation, Visualization to ensure the new process, feature, or function is adequately documented in training material.
- Provide updates in week stand-ups
- Provide updated in monthly all employee meetings.

- Years of experience: 5—10 years of engineering experience at (preferably at Client)
