We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team supporting qualification testing and commodity sourcing for next-generation cloud hardware. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys partnering with engineering, sourcing, and program teams to drive operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will:
- Own and manage end-to-end commodity qualification processes to support cloud hardware initiatives.
- Oversee SKU layout design, hardware quantity planning, procurement tracking, and lab capacity management.
- Partner with engineering teams to streamline pre-qualification workflows and downstream processes.
- Lead weekly cross-functional (v-team) meetings to track qualification status and drive on-time execution.
- Coordinate with NPI, product qualification, and LCM teams to align all commodity needs for production, non-production, and spares.
- Develop and maintain analytics, dashboards, and KPIs using tools such as Power BI, ADO, and OnePDM to support data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes, reduce qualification cycle time, and improve operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with engineering, lab teams, and supply chain stakeholders.

Qualifications
- BS/BA in Electrical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in program management, qualification testing, manufacturing operations, or supply chain
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and operational KPIs
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment with 30% meetings / 70% focused work
