Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Strategy & GTM Development :
Lead GTM execution, setting strategic priorities, evolving conflict into consensus and driving flawless day to day execution. This individual is the central point of communication and coordination for new strategic projects, initiatives & programs, internal and external, and is responsible for driving actions across the broader organization. This individual will coordinate with domestic and global partners to advance corporate objectives.
Provide business updates, KPI dashboards and preparing strategic business presentations to both local and global leadership
Tracks and project manages strategic initiatives. Monitors progress towards goals, achieving benchmarks and ensures follow-through on the part of responsible team members. Provides as needed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
Monitoring key market developments that can influence SEA business (competitor, macroeconomic, etc.)
Extracting insights from open (media reports, market reports, government data, expert interviews) and internal sources (business performance and P&L reports, etc.)
Manage Large Scale GTM / Strategic Initiatives from Concept to Launch
Lead and facilitate cross-divisional projects on key strategic issues based on senior management request
Create business cases, financial analyses, and ROI assessments based on understanding of SEAs capabilities, financial principles, and strategic insights
Develop new frameworks / best practices to strategically utilize data to drive new market assessment, demand & forecasting projects
Actively solves complicated issues by analyzing situations or data. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
Effectively leverage data to identify opportunity and determine success
Establish and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Lead Executive Communications
Drive Executive Communications for the team through working with Top Management to develop best in class presentation and communication materials
Preparing C-level PowerPoint reports communicating findings in a succinct and visual manner
Qualifications for Business Strategy and Strategic Initiatives Manager :
Undergraduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or engineering required. Both a strong background in math, science, finance, engineering, or statistics and deep business insight is required, advanced degrees and / or MBA are a plus
6 years’ experience as a strategic and problem solving thinker who can turn strategic objectives into business outcomes (experience working in strategy / management consulting, or internal strategy roles preferred)
6 years of strategic initiative / project management experience
3 years’ experience working in Business Analysis, Management Analysis or Data Analytics role
Very strong verbal and written communication skills and facility for establishing relationships cross-functionally and cross-divisionally
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of, and / or success in strategy, business ops, and related roles within a professional services firm or corporate environment, helping companies to identify, clarify and resolve complex issues critical to their strategic and operating success
Expert in PowerPoint and Excel Required.

Job Responsibilities :
Review and approve contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.
Approve project and work breakdown structures.
Review and approve the documentation of business processes.
Approve project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions.
Consult with corporate offices, project managers, auditors, client and sub-consultant representatives regarding future proposals.
Prepare sub-agreements and review and input sub-consultant invoices to ensure contact compliance.

Expert ability to work independently and manage one s time.
Expert knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.
Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
10 years experience required.
