Senior UX Writer – Customer Journeys

Summary

Client is seeking an experienced UX Writer to join the Services Design Organization, supporting customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention initiatives across multiple client services. This role requires a strong blend of UX Writing, Content Design, and Marketing Copywriting to create compelling end-to-end customer journey experiences.

Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid – Onsite Tue/Wed/Thu)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay rate: $77 per hour on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or related content-focused roles.
• Strong experience with both UX Writing and Marketing Copywriting.
• Proven experience creating content for customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, acquisition, engagement, and retention programs.
• Expertise in writing emails, push notifications, in-app messaging, onboarding flows, and promotional content.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product, design, engineering, and marketing stakeholders.
• Experience using content performance insights, A/B testing, and experimentation to improve customer engagement.
• Portfolio showcasing a combination of product-focused and marketing-focused writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on consumer-facing digital products, subscription services, or large-scale customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, content systems, and UX design principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
